Task #1. Fix and maintain small machines and mechanical/electrical equipment, such as generators, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, paint sprayers, power drills, sanders, and circular saws. Tools and equipment: impact socket wrench with various sockets; pliers; wrenches; screwdrivers; pry bar; and hammer. Level of Complexity: Medium.
Task #2. Plumbing: Fix minor plumbing problems, install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures (e.g. sinks & toilets); clear clogs/blockages. Tools and equipment: pipe wrench; basin wrench; adjustable wrench; hacksaw; hammer; tubing and plastic pipe cutters; pliers; plungers; snake machine. Level of Complexity: Medium.
Task #3. Minor Electrical: Fix minor electrical problems and replacing light bulbs. Tools and equipment: pliers; screwdrivers; tape; and tester. Level of Complexity: Low
Task #4. Restorative Painting and Plastering: Perform restorative painting and patching drywall. Tools and equipment: rollers; brushes; tape; ladders; utility knife; putty knife; and sanding sponge. Level of Complexity: Medium
Task #5. Minor repair of building floor, doors, windows, and stairs. Tools and equipment: drill & driver; square; bevels; hammer; pry bar; hammer; and saws. Level of Complexity: Medium
